Books: New York’s First Lady Chirlane McCray stopped by the central branch of the Brooklyn Public Library on Wednesday to announce the launch of the city’s new plan to distribute 200,000 bundles of baby-books to families with youngsters under the age of 3 over the next two years. McCray took the opportunity to read some of the books and hold a few tots.
