Our critic offers suggestions of worthy undistributed films to screen at BAM

We rubbed elbows with an internationally acclaimed pianist, and we swooned when he played. The centerpieces of peonies intoxicated us with their beauty - and the borough president arrived just in time to make us laugh at ourselves. Comment.

HOUSE TOURS

The 32nd annual Prospect Lefferts Gardens House and Garden Tour will take place this Sunday, June 2, from noon to 5 pm. The tour will include nine townhouses (in neo-Renaissance and Tudor Revival styles) and private gardens will be open for relaxing and viewing. The tour will also include a tour of the new Audubon Center at the Prospect Park Boathouse. The Maple Street School will provide a tour of their new facility and also host the refreshment area. Comment.
